HR Open Source case studies prepare you for the future of work by taking you behind the headlines to provide a window into the real work that goes into successful HR and recruiting initiatives - how they pitch and championed support, how they executed, what they got wrong (every good win has an equally good failure story), metrics and ROI, and technologies used. Our case studies are written by practitioners for practitioners, and are designed to stop talking about theory and showcase the organizations getting HR and recruiting right in practice. Search Case Studies
Sparks are brief one-page summaries that community members create to share actionable learnings of progressive initiatives they have executed. They're designed as a snackable case study formats to promote more peer to peer resource sharing and learning. They typically take 10 minutes to complete.
We’re living in a golden age of information – blogs, podcasts, newsletters, videos, chats, groups, and more. Google has become our classroom. Our network is our extended brain. Finding information is easy. Sifting through the noise to find valuable and relevant information that helps HR and Recruiting practitioners drive innovation and make an impact in their organizations is much harder. We're here to help make that easier for you.
The template section includes curated resources, contributed and used by real practitioners, that can save you time, effort, and prevent you from reinventing the wheel. These are not best practices, they're proven resources that have worked for your peers - and may well work for you.
